WEEK ONE: SELF-LOVE IS TRUE LOVE

Week 1 is about learning to accept, maybe even love who you are and your body. We explore self-care vs. self-love, the tools for love, body intelligence and why you are the centre of your universe.

WEEK TWO: YOU ARE WHAT YOU THINK

Week 2 explores our toxic self-talk, identifying the voice in your head, our habits and limiting mentalities. Together we change how it talks to you, overcome comparison and learn the tools to create a kinder voice, rich in compassion and kindness.

WEEK THREE: UNDERSTANDING INTUITION

Week 3 is intuition 101, exploring what intuition is, with tools to develop a relationship with it, trust it and follow it.

WEEK FOUR: FEED YOUR SOUL

Week 4 takes a deep-dive into the 10 basic principles of Intuitive Eating. We explore the diet dilemma, emotional eating and learn why food really is your friend.

WEEK FIVE: FINDING SATISFACTION

Week 5 looks beyond food and into the LIVING. Here you learn my tools to live a life rich in satisfaction, from foods and beyond.

WEEK SIX: MAKE YOUR OWN RULES

Week 6 is about bringing it all together, creating your own rules, plus a mini guide to Intuitive Manifesting, plus how to stay on track.

Each weekly live webinar starts at 7.30pm and finishes by 9.30pm. I suggest giving yourself an additional 1-2 hours a week for the homework (don't worry, it's all fun!), which will include meditations, journalling and re-visiting the recorded webinar should you feel the need to.

Note: missing a week or live in a different time zone? Don’t fret. All webinars are recorded and all handouts and guides are yours to keep therefore if you do get behind, you can make it up in your own time.

NOTE: Learning to be an Intuitive Eater may not come overnight and for some, it takes years to get there. This course gives you a solid starting point and the foundations of the Intuitive Eating steps, plus some supportive healing work from me, to help you get there. In Intuitive Eating there are gifts that come in regularly, not just when you things are going well so I ask my clients to come from a place of curiosity, not judgement.
